Import your complete Raiz trade history into Navexa using the dedicated Raiz CSV file uploader.
Before You Start
Raiz is a managed portfolio rather than a standard brokerage account.
Raiz invests your money across multiple underlying holdings. These holdings can include very small fractional quantities, such as 0.00029 units.
Because fractional transactions may be rounded differently, you may notice small differences between your Navexa portfolio and the values shown in Raiz.
Download The Raiz CSV
To download your complete Raiz trade history:
Log in to your Raiz account.
Select My Settings.
Select Statements.
Choose Send CSV of all trades to date.
Wait for Raiz to email the file. This may take a few minutes.
Download the CSV file from the email to your computer.
Use the original file supplied by Raiz. Don’t remove columns, rename headers or change the file format before uploading it.
Import The File
To import the Raiz CSV into Navexa:
Open the Navexa portfolio you want to add the Raiz investments to.
Select Portfolio from the left-hand menu.
Click + Add Holdings in the top-right corner.
Search for and select Raiz.
Choose CSV File Upload.
Drag the Raiz CSV into the upload box, or click Browse Files.
Click Upload File.
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the import.
Click Continue to Portfolio when the upload finishes.
The dedicated Raiz importer reads the supported information from the file automatically. You don’t need to manually match each spreadsheet column.
Check The Import
After the import finishes, compare your Navexa portfolio with the Raiz CSV.
Check that:
The expected holdings have been created.
The trade dates and transaction types are correct.
The imported quantities match the CSV.
The portfolio doesn’t contain duplicated transactions.
Any holdings you’ve fully exited have a quantity of zero.
Small differences in portfolio value can occur when very small fractional quantities are rounded.
Fix Fractional Differences
A Raiz holding may occasionally appear under Holdings Need Attention after importing.
This means Navexa has found a transaction history or quantity that doesn’t reconcile cleanly.
To investigate the affected holding:
Find the holding under Holdings Need Attention on the Portfolio page.
Click Fix beside the holding.
Review the holding’s transactions from oldest to newest.
Compare the dates, transaction types and quantities with your Raiz CSV.
Correct any missing, duplicated or incorrectly imported transactions.
If every transaction matches the Raiz CSV and the remaining difference is extremely small, it may be caused by fractional-unit rounding.
Only change or delete a transaction after comparing it with the source CSV. Don’t adjust a quantity simply to remove the warning.
