Delete a holding when it was added by mistake and you need to remove its entire trade history from your portfolio.
Before You Delete
Deleting a holding is permanent and cannot be undone.
Do not delete a holding simply because you’ve sold or transferred all its units. Keeping the holding preserves its historical records and reporting.
If only one or more trades are incorrect, delete those trades instead of the entire holding.
Delete the Holding
To permanently delete a holding:
Select the correct portfolio from the portfolio dropdown in the top-left corner.
Open Portfolio from the left-hand menu.
Find and select the holding you want to remove.
Click Actions in the top-right corner.
Select Delete Holding.
Review the confirmation message, then click Delete.
To cancel without deleting the holding, click Keep Holding.
What Deletion Removes
Deleting a holding permanently removes the holding and all trades recorded within it from the selected portfolio.
Deleted holdings and trades cannot be recovered. Check that you’ve selected the correct portfolio and holding before confirming.
