A clear screenshot helps us identify the right portfolio, page, and issue faster so you can get to the right answer sooner.
Why we may ask for a screenshot
If something in Navexa doesn’t look right, a screenshot gives our team the context we need to help.
A good screenshot can show:
Which portfolio you’re in
Which page, holding, or report you’re viewing
Any filters, date ranges, or tabs that are active
The exact error message, warning, or result you’re seeing
What to include in your screenshot
When possible, include as much of the Navexa platform as you can rather than sending a very tight crop.
This helps us see the full context around the issue, including:
The portfolio name
The relevant page title
Any selected date range
Any active filters
The affected holding, trade, or report
The full error message or unexpected result
If the issue relates to a specific portfolio, please keep that portfolio visible in the screenshot.
If the issue relates to a specific holding or trade, try to include both the problem area and the surrounding page so we can see where it appears in Navexa.
What not to include
Please do not include sensitive information that isn’t needed for troubleshooting.
Before sending a screenshot, check that it does not show:
Passwords
Backup codes
Full payment card details
Private information unrelated to the issue

Paste the image using Command + V on Mac or Ctrl + V on Windows
Add a short note telling us what looks wrong
A short explanation alongside the screenshot is helpful, such as:
“This is the portfolio I’m in”
“This holding is showing the wrong value”
“This error appears when I click Save”
Tips for the most useful screenshot
A useful screenshot is usually one that shows the full Navexa context, not just the error itself.
For the best result:
Keep the relevant Navexa page visible
Include the portfolio name where possible
Include any filters or date ranges
Show the full message or issue, not just part of it
Send two screenshots if needed: one with the full page context and one zoomed in on the issue
