How to Use and Troubleshoot Promo Codes for Navexa Subscriptions

Applying a Promo Code

  1. Go to the checkout screen
    When selecting a plan (Basic, Standard, or Premium), you’ll see the subscription summary on the left.

  2. Click “Add promotion code”
    A field will appear for entering your coupon code.

  3. Enter your code and click “Apply”
    If valid, the discount will be applied to your total immediately.

  4. Confirm the new total before proceeding with payment.


Troubleshooting Tips

  • Code not applying?

    • Double-check for typos or extra spaces.

    • Make sure the code hasn’t expired.

    • Some codes are only valid for new customers or annual plans.

  • No discount showing after applying?

    • Refresh the page and try again.

    • Ensure you haven’t already used the same code before.

    • Promo codes usually can’t be combined or reused.


Renewal and Legacy Pricing

  • Promo codes generally apply only to the first billing period (e.g., first year or first month).

  • Renewals continue at the standard rate, unless another valid offer applies.

  • Legacy subscribers remain on their existing plan pricing unless upgraded.
