Refer a friend and earn a $60 credit (Referral program)

Invite a friend to Navexa using your unique referral link. Your friend gets 25% off their annual plan, and you receive a $60 account credit when they subscribe to an annual plan.

This program rewards you with account credit for introducing Navexa to new annual subscribers.

How the Navexa referral program works

When you refer a friend to Navexa:

  • Your friend (the referee) gets 25% off their annual subscription (equivalent to 3 months free).

  • You (the referrer) get a $60 account credit once your friend subscribes to an annual paid plan.

Important: your friend must register using your personal referral link. If they sign up without your link, the referral won’t be credited.

Where to find your referral link

  1. In Navexa, click the Settings cog (top right).

  2. Go to Shortcuts.

  3. Select Refer a friend.

You’ll land on the “Invite and get $60 credit” page, where you can copy your unique referral link.

How to invite your friend

From the referral page, share your link using any method you like:

  • Copy and paste the link into a message

  • Share via Email

  • Share via Facebook

  • Share via X (Twitter)

  • Text it to them (SMS / iMessage / WhatsApp, etc.)

The method doesn’t matter. The link does.

What counts as a successful referral

A referral is successful when:

  • Your friend registers using your referral link, and

  • They subscribe to an annual paid plan, and

  • They do this within 30 days of registering.

How to track your referrals

On the referral page, you’ll see a list of referrals below your link, including:

  • Sign-up date

  • Username

  • Status

  • Date completed

Tip: if a referral is still pending, it usually means they’ve registered but haven’t started an annual subscription yet.

When and how you get your $60 credit

Once your friend subscribes to an annual plan, Navexa credits your account with $60.

  • The credit is automatically applied to your next subscription payment.

  • Credits can’t be redeemed for cash and aren’t transferable.

  • If you delete your Navexa account, unused credit is lost.

Troubleshooting: why didn’t my referral track?

Most missed referrals come down to one of these:

  • Your friend didn’t register using your referral link

  • Your friend is already a Navexa member (no reward for either side)

  • Your friend subscribed to monthly (referral requires an annual paid plan)

  • Your friend subscribed more than 30 days after registering
