Navexa USD/Global Plans: What's Included In Basic, Standard And Premium

Compare Navexa's USD/global plans, included portfolios, extra portfolio options, reporting features, and how to change your plan.

This article helps global customers compare Navexa's USD plans and choose the plan that best fits their portfolio tracking and reporting needs.

USD Plans

Navexa's USD plans are for global customers paying in USD.

USD plans do not include tax reporting. If you are an Australian customer paying in AUD and need Australian tax reporting, see the Navexa AUD pricing page instead.

For the latest USD prices, see the Navexa global pricing page.

Billing Options

Navexa offers monthly and annual billing on eligible USD plans.

Annual billing gives you a lower monthly equivalent compared with paying month to month. A 14-day free trial is available, and no credit card is required to start.

  • Tracking for unlisted investments.

Key Plan Differences

The main differences between USD plans are portfolio limits, reporting access, support level, and custom holding groups.

Basic (USD)

Basic is best for customers with one main portfolio who want core tracking at the lowest price.

Basic includes:

  • 1 included portfolio.

  • 1 custom holding group.

  • Community support.

  • Core portfolio tracking.

  • Performance reporting.

Basic does not include Portfolio Contributions Report, Dividend Contributions Report, or Income Calendar.

Standard (USD)

Standard is best for investors who want more reporting tools and up to three included portfolios.

Standard includes everything in Basic, plus:

  • 1-3 included portfolios.

  • 5 custom holding groups.

  • Standard support.

  • Portfolio Contributions Report.

  • Dividend Contributions Report.

  • Income Calendar.

  • Advanced analysis reports.

Premium (USD)

Premium is best for investors managing multiple entities, accounts, or family portfolios.

Premium includes everything in Standard, plus:

  • 1-10 included portfolios.

  • 10 custom holding groups.

  • Priority support.

  • Higher included portfolio limits.

Premium is usually the best fit when you want the full USD feature set with more capacity and priority support.

Extra Portfolios

Eligible Basic, Standard, and Premium customers can add extra portfolios without changing plans.

This is useful if you want to track another entity, family member, separate investment account, or additional portfolio, but do not need to move to a higher feature tier.

Extra portfolios are charged based on your plan and billing frequency. The cost is shown before you confirm the change.

Tax Reporting

USD plans do not include tax reporting.

This means USD plans do not include Australian tax reports such as ATO MyTax, Capital Gains Tax Reporting, Taxable Income Report, Historical Cost, Unrealised CGT Reporting, or Manual Parcel Selection.

If you need Australian tax reporting, use an AUD plan instead.

Who Should Choose What

Choose the plan that matches the number of portfolios you need, the reports you use, and the support level you want.

  • Basic: Best if you have one main portfolio and want core portfolio tracking at the lowest price.

  • Standard: Best if you want up to three included portfolios, contribution reports, and the Income Calendar.

  • Premium: Best if you manage several portfolios and want higher included limits with priority support.

  • Extra portfolios: Best if you only need more portfolio capacity and do not need a higher feature tier.
