Managing Your Account Settings

Learn how to update your Navexa profile, security, email, and view settings so your account is customised and secure.

Your account settings let you update your profile details, email preferences, security options, and how you view Navexa.

Go to the cog at the top right. Choose Settings.


Profile

  • Upload or change your profile picture.

  • Update your username (a default is assigned when you first sign up).

  • Add your first and last name — this helps us address you personally across the app.

  • Choose your preferred date format:

    • Day/Month/Year (e.g. 23 July 2025)

    • Month/Day/Year (e.g. July 23, 2025)

  • Click Save to apply changes.


Security

  • View or edit your registered email address.

    • Make sure it’s correct — an incorrect email could lock you out of your account.

    • Changing your email will require you to log in again.

  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for extra protection.

    • Each login will require a code from an authenticator app.

    • Strongly recommended for account security.


Email Settings

Choose what updates you’d like Navexa to send:

  • Weekly Portfolio Summary

  • Monthly Portfolio Summary

  • Both, or none at all

Click Save once you’ve made your choice.


View Settings

Decide what you see first when logging in:

  • Overview Page

  • Portfolio Page

Click Save to confirm.
