Managing Your Account Settings

Update your profile, security, notifications, connected accounts, billing, Navexa API keys, and default account preferences from Settings.

This guide shows you how to manage your Navexa account details, security, notifications, connected accounts, billing, and API access from one place.

Open Settings

These steps apply to the Navexa platform when you’re using it in a web browser. Some settings may be different in the mobile apps.

  1. You can open Settings in two ways:

    1. From the Portfolio page, click your avatar in the top-right corner.

    2. Select Settings.

  2. Alternatively, select Settings from the left-hand side menu.

Once you open Settings, the left-hand side menu will change. From there, you can select:

  • Profile

  • Security

  • Notifications

  • API Keys

  • Billing & Subscription

Security

Use Security to manage your account email, update your password, enable two-factor authentication, and delete your account.

Two-factor authentication, also known as 2FA, adds an extra security step when you log in to Navexa.

  2. Select Security.

  3. In Email address, select Edit.

After changing your email address, you’ll need to log in again.

Update Your Password

  2. Select Security.

  3. In Password, enter your new password.

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Security.

  3. Select Enable 2FA.

  4. Follow the prompts to connect your authenticator app.

  5. Enter the confirmation code to finish setup.

Once 2FA is enabled, you’ll be asked for a code from your authenticator app each time you log in.
