Bonus Portfolios From Offers: What Happens When You Renew, Upgrade Or Downgrade?

Learn how bonus portfolio allowances work in Navexa, when you keep them, and what happens if you renew, upgrade, downgrade, or add paid extra portfolios.

This article explains how bonus portfolios from Navexa offers work, and when your account may return to the standard portfolio limits.

What Are Bonus Portfolios?

Bonus portfolios are extra portfolio slots added to your account through a promotion, renewal bonus, or special offer.

They sit on top of your normal plan portfolio limit.

For example, if your plan normally includes 3 portfolios and you received 2 bonus portfolios from an offer, your account may allow 5 portfolios while that offer remains active.

Bonus Vs Extra Portfolios

Bonus portfolios are different from paid extra portfolios.

Bonus portfolios are usually linked to a specific offer, deal, or renewal promotion.

Paid extra portfolios are additional portfolio slots you can add to an eligible current subscription.

If you want to add more portfolios to your current plan, see Add Extra Portfolios To Your Navexa Subscription.

Do I Keep Bonus Portfolios?

You usually keep your bonus portfolios as long as you stay on the same plan tier and your subscription remains active.

For example, if you received bonus portfolios as part of a renewal offer and you renew on the same plan, those bonus portfolios remain attached to your account.

What Happens If I Downgrade?

If you downgrade, your account returns to the standard portfolio limit for the new plan.

If you have more portfolios than the new plan allows, Navexa may prompt you to reduce your portfolio count before the plan change can be completed.

This may require you to choose which portfolios to keep.

What Happens If I Upgrade?

If you upgrade, your account moves to the standard portfolio limit for the plan you upgrade to.

Bonus portfolios from a previous offer do not automatically carry across to a different plan unless that offer specifically included this.

If you need more portfolios after upgrading, you may be able to add paid extra portfolios to your new plan.

What Happens If I Downgrade Then Upgrade Later?

If you downgrade and later upgrade again, you receive the standard portfolio limit for the plan you upgrade to.

Previously removed or expired bonus portfolios do not automatically reapply unless you qualify for a new offer.

How To Check Your Plan

You can check your current plan and portfolio limit from your account area.

  1. Click the Account icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Billing & Subscription.

  3. Check Plan & Limits.

  4. Review your current plan and portfolio limit.

Your portfolio limit shows how many portfolios your account can currently use.

Simple Rule

Bonus portfolios usually stay with the specific plan, offer, or renewal deal they were attached to.

If you change plans later, your account may move back to the standard portfolio limit for the new plan.
