Sign in, create an account, reset your password, or lock the app with biometrics. Your Navexa login is the same one you use on the web, so all your portfolios come with you.
Sign In to Your Account
On the welcome screen, tap Sign In.
Enter your email and password on the secure login page.
Complete two-factor authentication if prompted.
Once verified, you land on your portfolio.
Create a New Account
Tap Create Account on the welcome screen.
Enter your details on the secure sign-up page and confirm.
On the Welcome to Navexa intro screen, tap Next to move through the intro slides — or tap Skip to jump straight in. Tap Get Started on the final slide to set up your portfolio.
Forgot Your Password?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?.
On Reset Password, enter your email and tap Send Reset Link.
Open the reset link we email you to choose a new password.
Tip: If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Lock the App with Biometrics
Require Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode every time you open Navexa.
Open Settings and tap Security.
Turn on the biometric toggle (labelled with your device's method, e.g. Face ID or Touch ID).
Confirm with your biometrics to enable it.
Choose how soon the lock kicks in — 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, 5 minutes or 15 minutes.
When the lock is active, returning to the app shows Your session is locked. Tap Unlock with Face ID (or your method) to get back in, or Log Out to sign out.
If your device doesn't support biometrics, the Biometrics section shows Biometric Authentication Unavailable and the toggle is hidden.
