How Do I Access My Navexa Account If I Cannot Sign In?

Troubleshoot Navexa sign-in issues involving passwords, Google or Apple login, account emails and two-factor authentication.

The correct way to access your Navexa account depends on the sign-in options connected to it.

Email And Password

If your account has a Navexa password:

  1. Enter your Navexa account email.

  2. Enter your password.

  3. Complete two-factor authentication if requested.

Use the email currently displayed under Settings > Security.

If you can’t remember your password, select Forgot password? and follow the reset link sent to your email.

Google Or Apple

If Google or Apple is connected to your Navexa account, you can use that provider to sign in.

Select the connected provider on the sign-in screen and make sure you choose the correct Google or Apple account.

Once Google or Apple is connected, it can’t be removed or changed to the other provider.

Accounts With Both Options

A Navexa account can have a password and one connected social provider.

You can sign in using either:

  • Your Navexa account email and password.

  • Your connected Google or Apple login.

Creating or changing your password doesn’t disconnect your Google or Apple login.

Create A Password

If you created your account with Google or Apple but haven’t created a Navexa password:

  1. Sign in to Navexa in a web browser using Google or Apple.

  2. Open Settings.

  3. Select Security.

  4. Enter a password under New password.

  5. Select Update.

Password creation is only available through the Navexa web app.

You can then use the email shown under Settings > Security and your new password to sign in.

Check Two-Factor Authentication

If two-factor authentication is enabled, enter the current code from your authenticator app after signing in.

Resetting or changing your password doesn’t remove two-factor authentication.

Still Can’t Sign In?

Check that:

  • You’re using the email currently connected to your Navexa account.

  • You selected the correct Google or Apple account.

  • Your password manager hasn’t entered an old email or password.

  • Your authenticator code is current.

  • You haven’t attempted to use Apple for an account connected to Google, or Google for an account connected to Apple.

If you still can’t access your account, contact Navexa Support. Include the sign-in option you tried and the error message displayed.
