Create or Change Your Navexa Password

Create or update your Navexa password through Security settings, including when you originally signed up with Google or Apple.

Create or change your Navexa password through Settings in the web app.

Who Can Create A Password?

Customers who created an account with Google or Apple can now add a Navexa password.

The password becomes another sign-in option. It doesn’t remove or change your connected Google or Apple login.

Customers who already use email and password can follow the same steps to change their password.

Create Or Change Your Password

Password creation and changes are available through the Navexa web app:

  1. Sign in to Navexa in a web browser.

  2. Open Settings.

  3. Select Security.

  4. Under Password, enter your password in New password.

  5. Select Update.

Your password must:

  • Contain at least eight characters.

  • Include an uppercase letter.

  • Include a lowercase letter.

  • Include a number.

  • Include a special character.

Use a unique password that you don’t use for another account.

Sign In With Your Password

Use the email address currently displayed under Settings > Security when signing in with your password.

If Google or Apple is also connected, you can sign in using either:

  • Your Navexa account email and password.

  • Your connected Google or Apple login.

Creating or changing your password doesn’t disconnect the social provider.

Social Sign-In Options

An email/password customer can later connect either Google or Apple as another sign-in option.

Once a provider is connected:

  • It can’t be removed.

  • It can’t be changed to the other provider.

  • You can continue using email and password alongside it.

Reset A Forgotten Password

If you have already created a Navexa password:

  1. Select Forgot password? on the sign-in screen.

  2. Enter your Navexa account email.

  3. Open the reset link sent to your email.

  4. Create a new password.

If you only use Google or Apple and have never created a password, sign in using your connected provider. You can then create a password under Settings > Security in the web app.
