Every portfolio in Navexa has its own unique link email address. This is what you’ll use to forward your broker’s trade confirmation emails so trades can be automatically imported.
⚠️ Make sure you select the correct portfolio — each one has its own unique address.
Steps to Find Your Link Email
Log in to your Navexa account.
In the top-left corner, click the Portfolio Selector to choose the portfolio you want to link.
Click Settings.
Under the heading Navexa Link, you’ll see the portfolio’s unique email address.
Copy this address — you’ll use it to forward your contract notes.

Once you have your portfolio’s unique email address, set up email forwarding so your broker’s contract notes go directly to Navexa.
