Every Navexa portfolio has its own unique Navexa Link email address. You’ll use this address to send broker contract notes into the correct portfolio for automatic trade importing.
Before You Start
Make sure you are in the correct portfolio before you copy the address.
Each portfolio has its own unique Navexa Link email address. If you copy the wrong one, future contract notes may be sent to the wrong portfolio.
If you are using Email Inbox, the portfolio-specific email address will only appear when you are viewing a single portfolio. If you switch to an all-portfolios inbox view, that unique address will not appear.
Fastest Way To Find It
The quickest way to find your Navexa Link email is from the Portfolio page.
Open the portfolio you want to use.
Go to the Portfolio Page
On the top, right-hand side near + Add Holdings, Click Portfolio Settings (the cog icon).
Under Navexa Link, copy the email address for that portfolio.
Other Ways To Find It
From Manage Portfolios
You can also find the Navexa Link email from Manage Portfolios.
Click the Portfolio Selector in the top left.
Select Manage Portfolios.
Find the portfolio you want to use.
Click the three-dot menu at the far right of that portfolio.
Select Settings.
Under Navexa Link, copy the email address.
From Email Inbox
You can also find the Navexa Link email from Email Inbox for the portfolio you are currently viewing.
Open the correct portfolio in Navexa.
In the left-hand menu, click Email Inbox.
View the inbox address shown for that portfolio.
Copy the address you want to use for broker forwarding.
Common Issues
Why Can’t I See The Email Address In Email Inbox?
The portfolio-specific email address only appears when Email Inbox is showing one portfolio.
If you switch to an all-portfolios inbox view, the unique email address disappears because it is no longer tied to a single portfolio.
Why Did The Wrong Portfolio Update?
The wrong portfolio usually updates when the Navexa Link email from a different portfolio was used.
Go back to the correct portfolio, copy that portfolio’s email address again, and update your broker settings or forwarding rule.
