How to Delete a Trade

Delete incorrect or duplicate trades from your Navexa portfolio. This guide shows you how to remove one or multiple trades in just a few clicks.

You can delete trades from your portfolio if they're incorrect or no longer needed.

⚠️ Important: Deleted trades cannot be recovered. Double-check you're deleting the right ones before confirming.

Step 1: Go to the Trades Tab

Open the holding that contains the trade(s) you want to delete, then select the Trades tab.

Step 2: Select the Trades to Delete

  • Tick the checkbox next to a single trade, or

  • Tick multiple checkboxes to select several trades at once.

Step 3: Delete the Trades

  1. Click Delete Selected in the top right corner.

  2. A confirmation box will appear.

  3. Click Yes, Delete! to confirm.

The selected trades will be permanently removed from your portfolio.

Notes:

  • A holding may include different trade types such as Buy, Sell, Split, Dividend Reinvestment, Transfer In, or Transfer Out.

  • Make sure you've reviewed your trades carefully before deleting β€” this action can't be undone.
