The Transactions screen lists every transaction across your portfolio — trades, dividends, cash movements and more — newest first. Filter, confirm, find duplicates, and tap any row to edit.
To open it, tap the menu button (the up/down chevrons at the end of the bottom navigation pill), then tap Transactions under Portfolio.
What Each Row Shows
Left: a type icon, the transaction type and date beneath it. Middle: the asset's logo, symbol and quantity moved. Right: the transaction's value (plus any brokerage fee). The icon and colour come from the type:
Buy / Receive — down arrow (green).
Sell / Send — up arrow (red).
Dividend — coins icon.
Dividend Reinvestment (DRP) — labelled Div Reinvest, redo icon.
Split — branch icon; Consolidation — minimise icon.
Bonus / Airdrop — gift icon.
Capital Return — hand-coins icon.
Staking Reward / Mining Reward — coins icon.
Opening Balance — archive icon.
Deposit, Withdrawal, Transfer In/Out and other cash movements — banknote / arrow icons.
Filtering the List
The controls bar at the top has:
Date — pick a preset (All time, This FY, 1 year, Last 30 days, Custom, and more). Custom opens a date picker.
Filter — narrow by holding, exchange, sector, industry, currency, trade type and source. The pill shows active filter count; tap × to clear.
Find duplicates (copy icon) — groups likely duplicates so you can review and delete extras.
Two quick chips below:
Unconfirmed — only transactions you haven't confirmed.
Auto-Added — only transactions added from a connected account.
Editing and Deleting
Tap a row to expand its details, then tap Edit to open the right form.
Swipe left to reveal Delete, then confirm.
Confirming Transactions
Each row has a confirm control to mark a transaction as reviewed — useful for accurate tax reporting. To confirm several at once, long-press a row to enter selection mode, tick the ones you want, then tap Confirm or Delete in the action bar.
Confirming is unavailable on read-only shared portfolios, game portfolios and portfolio groups.
Tip: Pull down to refresh. The date and filter set here are shared with the Portfolio and Holdings screens.
