Our portfolio tracker lets you automatically import trades from your broker into your account.

That means you don’t have to spend time manually entering trades — we handle the import for you.

We currently support automated importing from these brokers:

  • ANZ Share Investing

  • Bell Direct

  • Bendigo Invest Direct

  • CMC Invest (Stocks & ETFs only. No CFDs, Forex, CFD Options, or CFD Crypto.)

If you use a broker not listed here, see Broker Not Supported Yet? below.

How It Works

  1. Each portfolio in Navexa has its own unique link email address.

  2. Forward your trade confirmation emails (with the contract note attached) to this address.

  3. Navexa automatically adds the trade to your portfolio.

Please allow up to five minutes from when we receive the forwarded email for the trade to appear in your account.

Broker Not Supported Yet?

We’re always adding new brokers to Navexa. If your broker isn’t supported yet, here’s how you can help us evaluate adding them:

  1. Send us sample documents

    • Start an online chat or add it to one, or email [email protected] with a few unedited contract notes attached.

    • At a minimum, include one Buy and one Sell.

    • If possible, include examples of other events (like dividends, DRPs, corporate actions).

  2. Include a CSV export (if available)

    • Many brokers allow you to export your trade history as a CSV.

    • An unedited CSV file is extremely helpful in assessing integration.

  3. What happens next

    • Our team reviews the documents to understand the broker’s format.

    • If feasible, we’ll add the broker to Navexa’s supported list.

    • We’ll let you know once it’s available, or suggest the best workaround in the meantime.

The more examples you can provide, the quicker and easier it is for us to support your broker.
