Find and remove transactions that were added twice — for example, a trade pulled in from a connected account and also entered manually.
Open the Duplicate Finder
Open the centre menu in the bottom tab bar and tap Transactions.
In the controls bar, tap Find Duplicates — the copy icon to the right of the Filter pill.
The button turns amber and the list switches into duplicate-detection mode.
Review and Remove
Navexa groups together transactions it thinks are duplicates. Each group has a coloured stripe down the left edge. The row Navexa recommends keeping is at full strength; likely duplicates are dimmed.
To remove one:
Swipe a row left to reveal Delete.
Tap Delete, then confirm. Deleting can't be undone.
Once a group has no more duplicates, it disappears from the list.
If Navexa finds none, you'll see No duplicates found. Tap Find Duplicates again to return to the full transaction list.
Tip: You can tap any row in duplicate mode to open and edit that transaction instead of deleting it.
