Manage Connected Accounts in the Mobile App

Connected Accounts (previously Integrations) is where you link brokers and services so trades sync into Navexa automatically. View accounts, connect a new one, check sync status, and disconnect.

View Your Connected Accounts

Open the navigation menu and tap Connected Accounts, or go to Settings → Connected Accounts. Each provider shows:

  • Name and logo

  • How it's connected (via a source) and how many accounts are linked

  • Last sync date, or Disabled if all its accounts are off

  • A status dot — green (synced), amber (needs attention), grey (disabled)

The top shows your link quota, e.g. 2/5 linked. With nothing connected, you'll see No connected accounts and a prompt to connect.

Connect a New Account

Adding a new connection is done on the Navexa web app — open the web app, add your broker or exchange there, and it syncs back to your mobile app automatically. In the mobile app, Connected Accounts is where you view and manage the connections you've already linked.

Each provider connects in one of these ways:

  • API key (crypto exchanges like Swyftx, CoinSpot) — enter API Key and Secret / Private Key, validate, choose From Beginning or From Now under Sync From, optionally add an Account Nickname, then Link Account.

  • Secure portal (SnapTrade, or bank connections via Yodlee) — tap Connect, authorise in the browser portal, return to the app. Navexa never stores your login.

  • OAuth redirect (e.g. Sharesight) — tap Connect with [provider] and authorise on the provider's site.

  • Interactive Brokers (IBKR) — paste your Flex Query Token and Query ID, validate, then Link Account.

  • Contract note (email) — forward your broker's contract-note emails to the personal address Navexa gives you (or add it as a secondary email in your broker account); trades import automatically.

  • External (e.g. Pearler) — follow the on-screen steps on the provider's platform.

For crypto exchange connections (Swyftx, CoinSpot), a successful link shows an Import started screen — data usually arrives within minutes and you'll be notified. Other connection types (including IBKR) either return you to the list or hand off to an external portal, then sync in the background.

Tip: For API-key connections, always create a Read Only key. The Swyftx and CoinSpot forms include the exact steps.

View an Account's Detail and Sync Status

Tap any provider to see its header with current sync status, the Syncing trades from date, and a row per linked account. Each row shows its name, the portfolio it's mapped to, and a status badge:

  • A green tick with the last sync date

  • Scheduled (sync queued)

  • Authentication Failed or Sync Failed (action needed)

  • Action required or Portfolio not mapped / Portfolio removed

  • DISABLED (switched off)

To pause syncing for one account without removing it, toggle its checkbox off.

Disconnect an Account

  1. Open the provider's detail screen.

  2. Remove one account: tap the trash icon on its row. Remove all links: tap the trash icon in the provider header.

  3. In the dialog, optionally tick Also delete trades imported from this account link, then tap Delete.

By default, disconnecting only stops future imports — it doesn't remove portfolios, holdings, or trades already imported.
