If you’re subscribing on behalf of a business, company, or self-managed super fund (SMSF), Navexa lets you:
Enter your entity details so invoices are issued in the correct name.
Pay from your business or SMSF bank account using AU Direct Debit (instead of a personal card).
This setup ensures your subscription aligns with your fund or company’s compliance requirements.
🧾 Setting Up Your Business or SMSF Subscription
Choose your plan
Select “I’m purchasing as a business/company/SMSF”
Enter your details
Company Name – use your fund, company, or trust name exactly as you want it shown on tax invoices.
Address – enter your full business or fund address.
ABN (optional) – add your Australian Business Number if you’d like it included on invoices. Required for business tax invoices.
💡 The name and address you enter here will appear exactly as shown on your Navexa tax invoices.
🏦 Paying via AU Direct Debit (For SMSFs and Businesses)
Many SMSFs prefer not to or cannot use debit or credit cards for compliance reasons.
Navexa supports Australian Bank Direct Debit, allowing you to pay securely from your fund’s bank account.
Under Payment Method, select AU Direct Debit.
Enter your BSB and Account Number.
Confirm your email and full name.
Complete the secure authorization and click Subscribe.
Your subscription will automatically renew from your linked bank account.

These options work well for personal or business cards.
🔁 Updating Your Billing Information
You can change your billing details or payment method anytime under:
Settings → Billing in your Navexa account.
💬 Frequently Asked Questions
My SMSF can’t pay by card — what should I do?
Choose AU Direct Debit to pay directly from your fund’s bank account. This method complies with SMSF payment requirements.
Can I add my ABN or change the name later?
Yes. Go to Settings → Billing to update your entity name, address, or ABN anytime.
Why don’t I see the AU Direct Debit option?
It only appears for Australian customers. Make sure your country is set to Australia in the checkout form.
