If you’re subscribing to Navexa on behalf of a business, company, trust, or self-managed super fund (SMSF), you can enter the relevant entity details at checkout.
You can also pay from an Australian bank account using AU Direct Debit, instead of using a debit or credit card.
Set Up Entity Billing
To set up billing for a business, company, trust, or SMSF:
Go to the Navexa pricing or upgrade page.
Choose your preferred plan.
Select I’m purchasing as a business/company/SMSF.
Enter the entity details you want shown on your invoice.
The details you enter here may include:
Company, fund, or trust name
Business or fund address
ABN, if applicable
The name and address you enter will appear on your Navexa tax invoices.
Pay With AU Direct Debit
AU Direct Debit lets eligible Australian customers pay for Navexa from an Australian bank account.
This may be useful if your business, company, trust, or SMSF prefers to pay from a bank account instead of a card.
To pay by AU Direct Debit:
Under Payment Method, select AU Direct Debit.
Enter the BSB and account number.
Confirm the payer name and email address.
Complete the secure authorisation.
Select Subscribe.
Your subscription will renew automatically from the linked bank account.
Other Payment Methods
Depending on your device and checkout settings, you may also be able to pay by:
Card
Google Pay
Apple Pay, when using Safari
These options can be used with personal or business payment methods.
Update Billing Details
You can update your billing details or payment method from your Navexa account.
Go to Settings → Billing.
From there, you can update details such as the billing name, address, ABN, or payment method.
Check What’s Appropriate
Navexa can provide billing fields and payment options for businesses, companies, trusts, and SMSFs.
Navexa cannot advise whether a specific entity should pay for your subscription, whether the subscription is deductible, or whether a payment method is appropriate for your circumstances.

Frequently Asked Questions
My SMSF Can’t Pay By Card. What Should I Do?
If you’re an Australian customer, you may be able to choose AU Direct Debit and pay from an Australian bank account.
Whether your SMSF should pay for the subscription is a question for your accountant, tax adviser, or SMSF adviser.
Can I Add My ABN?
Yes. You can enter an ABN during checkout if you want it shown on your invoice.
You can also update billing details later from Settings → Billing & Subscription.
Why Can’t I See AU Direct Debit?
AU Direct Debit is only available for eligible Australian customers.
If you don’t see AU Direct Debit at checkout, check that your country is set to Australia.
Can Navexa Tell Me If My Subscription Is Tax Deductible?
No. Navexa can’t tell you whether your subscription is tax deductible or whether a particular entity should pay for it.
