Import your Moomoo trades in two steps

To fully track your Moomoo portfolio in Navexa, you’ll:

  1. Import your historical trades — capture your full trade history.

  2. Set up trade confirmation forwarding — automatically import new trades going forward.

1. Import your historical Moomoo trades

To get your past trades into Navexa, download your trade history CSV from Moomoo (not the daily statement).

In your Moomoo account:

  1. Click on ‘Account’ on the left navigation.

  2. Click on Tax Documents.

  3. Click on ‘Sync to Sharesight’ (Navexa uses the same file format).

  4. Click on Manual Import.

  5. Select the date range for your trade history and click Download.

Once downloaded, upload this file into Navexa:

Add Holding → Import from Broker → Moomoo → CSV File Upload.

⚠️ Note: The “Daily Statement” CSV won’t work — it doesn’t include the required buy/sell data for your full trade history.

2. Capture future trades automatically

To automatically import new trades, set up the Trade Confirmation Forwarder in Gmail. See article.

If your forwarding request has been approved, Navexa will accept trade confirmations in PDF format only.

If a trade ever imports twice, simply delete one of the duplicates.
