Create a new portfolio from the portfolio switcher, set its name and base currency, then manage its settings later.
Create a Portfolio
Tap the portfolio name at the top of your dashboard to open the Switch Portfolio sheet.
Tap New in the sheet's header.
In the New Portfolio sheet, fill in:
Portfolio Name — required (for example, My ASX Portfolio).
Base Currency — the currency your value and performance are reported in. Defaults to your account's billing currency.
Tap Create Portfolio.
The app switches you to the new portfolio, ready to add investments.
Note: Choose your base currency carefully — it drives how Navexa reports value and performance. Your financial-year end is set to a sensible default for that currency.
If You Can't See the New Button
The number of portfolios you can create depends on your plan. The My Portfolios header shows your usage (for example, 2 of 5). At your limit, the New button is hidden until you remove a portfolio or upgrade.
Manage a Portfolio Later
Open the Switch Portfolio sheet.
Tap the gear icon next to a portfolio to open Portfolio Settings.
In Portfolio Settings you can:
Edit the Portfolio Name.
View the Base Currency (read-only once the portfolio exists).
Set a Benchmark to compare performance against.
Adjust Tax details — Tax Entity Type and Financial Year End (AUD portfolios).
Change Calculation options — Annualize Returns, Include Cash Positions, Calculation Method.
Open Portfolio Sharing to invite others.
The Danger Zone here lets you delete a portfolio, removing all its holdings, trades and dividends. This can't be undone, but it doesn't affect your account or other portfolios.
