Where to find your Stock Genius screen name
In Navexa, open the Stock Genius portfolio from the portfolio dropdown (the one with the trophy icon).
Go to the Portfolio tab (any Stock Genius tab is fine).
Look at the top header panel above Portfolio Detail.
Your screen name appears next to the person icon (it’s shown in the same top panel as the Help Center button).
If you can’t see your screen name
Try these quick checks:
Confirm you’re in the Stock Genius portfolio (not one of your regular portfolios).
Scroll to the top of the page so the header panel is visible.
Refresh the page (or fully close and reopen the app/browser tab).
If it still doesn’t appear, contact us via in-app chat and include a screenshot of the top header area you’re seeing.
