On 31 March 2025, the ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK) moved its primary listing from the NYSE Arca (NYSE) to the Cboe BZX Exchange.

In Navexa, you may notice:

  • Your ARKK:NYSE holding shows a value of zero

  • It may show (Delisted)

  • The price chart ends on 28 March 2025

This is because the old ARKK:NYSE symbol is now delisted from that exchange and listed on the new exchange. You can easily update your portfolio to the new symbol using the Rename Symbol tool.

How to Rename Your ARKK Holding

  1. Go to your portfolio and find the ARKK (Delisted) holding.

  2. Click the Actions button in the top right.

  3. Select Rename Symbol.

  4. In the search box, type ARKK.

  5. Choose the active ARKK:NYS symbol (not marked as delisted).

  6. Click Update.

Your holding will now reflect the new listing, with the correct ongoing market data.

Why This Happens

When an exchange change occurs, the old listing is closed and replaced by a new one under the same ticker. This can make it look like your holding has disappeared or is not displaying the price correctly. In reality, your investment hasn’t changed — only the exchange venue where it’s traded.

By renaming the symbol, you’re simply linking your existing holding in Navexa to the live market data for the new listing.
