* OTC (NQO) is supported for many securities. Some tickers may not have pricing data and will need to be added manually (see “Adding holdings from unsupported exchanges” below).

Exchange codes for spreadsheet imports

When you upload a spreadsheet of trades to Navexa, include an Exchange/Market column.

You can enter:

  • The common exchange name (e.g. ASX, NASDAQ, NYSE), or

  • The Navexa Symbol from the table above (e.g. ASX, NYS, NAS)

Navexa maps common exchange names to our internal codes automatically.

For a guaranteed match, use the Navexa Symbol exactly as shown.

🔍 If a row doesn’t import
Check the exchange/market value.

  • Change it to the exact Navexa Symbol from the table

  • Re-upload the file
If the ticker still won’t match, it may be an unsupported security – see the “Adding holdings from unsupported exchanges” section.

2026: Upcoming supported markets

These exchanges are not supported yet, but are planned for addition during 2026:

  • HKEX – Hong Kong Stock Exchange

  • SGX – Singapore Exchange

  • Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE Japan)

  • NSE India – National Stock Exchange of India

  • BSE India – Bombay Stock Exchange

We’ll update this article as each new market goes live.

Unsupported markets (no planned date)

Navexa currently does not support:

  • New Zealand Exchange (NZX)

  • Other smaller regional markets not listed above

There is currently no confirmed date for adding these markets. You can still track holdings from these exchanges using Custom Investments.

Adding holdings from unsupported exchanges

If your stock or fund isn’t available in Navexa’s supported markets list, you can still track it manually.

  1. In your portfolio, click Add Holdings.

  2. Select Add Custom Investment.

  3. Enter the details (for example:

    • Name: MMG

    • Notes: HKEX: 1208 or the broker code).

  4. Add your buy trade(s) with the correct dates, quantities and prices.

  5. Save the holding.

  6. Manually update prices as needed (for example, monthly or at reporting dates).

If the holding later becomes supported in Navexa under a listed ticker, you can use Rename Symbol in the Actions menu to map your custom investment to the live market symbol.

Summary

  • Navexa supports a wide range of global stock exchanges, Australian managed funds and crypto markets.

  • Prices are updated on a delayed or end-of-day basis depending on the exchange.

  • For imports, use the common exchange name or the Navexa Symbol for best results.

  • Upcoming markets (HKEX, SGX, Japan, India) are planned for 2026.

  • You can still track unsupported markets by using Custom Investments and updating prices manually.
