Export your Navexa holdings list from the Holdings table as an XLSX spreadsheet or PDF report.
Use XLSX when you want to sort or analyse the data. Use PDF when you need a formatted snapshot to view, print or share.
Export Your Holdings
Open Portfolio from the left-hand menu.
Scroll to the Holdings section.
If needed, choose a grouping from the menu that currently shows None.
Select Export above the right-hand side of the table.
Choose XLSX or PDF.
Choose A File Type
Choose the format that suits what you need to do with the holdings snapshot.
XLSX
XLSX is best for editing, filtering, sorting and further analysis in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or Apple Numbers.

PDF is best for viewing, printing or sharing a formatted holdings snapshot.
Filename: PerformanceReport.pdf
What The Export Includes
The XLSX export contains a row for each holding and a Grand Total row. It can split combined on-screen information into separate fields, including symbol, exchange and company name.
The PDF uses a fixed performance-report layout. It can include value, capital gain, income return, currency gain and total return fields even when some of those columns are hidden from the on-screen table.
If you group the Holdings table, the PDF organises holdings under that grouping. Available options include sector, industry, currency, broker or source, holding type, portfolio and custom groups.
Both formats provide a high-level holdings snapshot. They do not include parcel-by-parcel cost bases or trade history.
PDF Sorting
The PDF does not preserve the on-screen order created by sorting a table column such as Value, Total Return or Symbol.
To create a PDF in a specific order:
Export the holdings as XLSX.
Sort the spreadsheet in Excel, Google Sheets or Apple Numbers.
Print or save the sorted spreadsheet as a PDF.

Nothing Downloads
Check your browser’s download permissions and blockers. Refresh the page or try another browser if the problem continues.
The File Won't Open
Open XLSX files with Excel, Google Sheets or Apple Numbers.
Open PDF files with a PDF viewer or your web browser.
You Can't Find The File
Check your browser’s downloads list or your device’s Downloads folder. Search for Holdings_list.xlsx or PerformanceReport.pdf.
