Learn where key menus, reports, settings, and portfolio actions moved in the new Navexa platform so you can quickly find familiar workflows.

Updated yesterday

If you used the old Navexa layout, this guide shows where the main menus, reports, and portfolio actions now live in the new platform.

Main Navigation

The biggest change in the new platform is that the top horizontal menu has been replaced by a left-hand side menu.

Here’s where the main items moved:

  • Overview is no longer a separate top-menu page. Your main portfolio workflow now starts from Portfolio.

  • Transactions now sits directly under Portfolio in the left-hand menu.

  • Reports now opens as grouped sections inside the left-hand menu, including Performance and Tax Reporting.

  • Trade Confirmation Inbox is now called Email Inbox and appears in the left-hand menu.

  • Custom Groups now appears in the left-hand menu.

  • Account Settings is now called Settings and appears in the left-hand menu.

  • Feedback is now also available in the left-hand menu.

You can also still open Settings by clicking your avatar in the top right and selecting Settings.

Reports And Tax Pages

Reports are now easier to find from the left-hand menu.

Under Performance, you can open:

  • Benchmark Analysis

  • Performance Breakdown

  • Diversification

  • Growth & Goals

  • Income Breakdown

  • Income Calendar

Under Tax Reporting, you can open:

  • Overview

  • ATO MyTax

  • Capital Gains Tax

  • Taxable Income

  • Portfolio Valuation

  • Unrealized Gains

  • Historical Cost

This means you no longer need to rely on the old top navigation to move between performance and tax pages.

Portfolio management actions have also moved.

  • Portfolio settings can now be accessed from the top right of the Portfolio page.

  • Portfolio Views now lives on the Manage Portfolios page, and this is also where you can click Add View.

Holdings And Transactions

Several holding and transaction actions now live in more specific places.

  • A new holdings search and filter bar has been added, with more detailed filtering options.

  • Add Holdings can now be done from the Portfolio page or the Transactions page.

  • Add Merger is now inside the Actions button on the holding page.

  • Add Trade now appears on a holding’s Trades tab. You can also add trades from the Transactions page.
