Deleting Your Account

Delete your Navexa account, profile or personal data. Learn what happens to your subscription and data when you close your account.

You can delete your Navexa account at any time. Some people call this deleting your profile, closing your account or removing personal data. It is all the same process.

⚠️ Important: Deleting your account will permanently remove all data, and it cannot be recovered.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Go to the Settings page.

  2. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account.

  3. Confirm the deletion.

Once confirmed, your account and all data will be removed immediately.

Your subscription will also be cancelled. This means it will stop renewing from that point forward. Deleting your account does not automatically trigger a refund.
