Deleting your Navexa account stops subscription renewal and schedules your account and data for permanent deletion.
Before You Delete

Before continuing, download or save anything you may need later, including:
Portfolio and trade records.
Income records.
Tax and portfolio reports.
Invoices or billing records.
If you only want to stop your paid subscription, you don’t need to delete your account. See Managing Your Billing & Subscription in Navexa instead.
If you only want to remove one portfolio, see Deleting a Portfolio.

What Happens Next
Requesting deletion does not immediately destroy your account data.
After you confirm deletion:
Your subscription stops renewing.
You’re signed out of Navexa.
Your account is marked for deletion.
Your portfolios, holdings and investment records remain temporarily recoverable.
You have 30 consecutive days to restore the account yourself.
The 30-day period includes weekends and public holidays.
Restore Within 30 Days
You can restore your account yourself during the first 30 days.
Open the Navexa web or mobile app.
Sign in using your usual Navexa sign-in method.
Navexa will show that your account is scheduled for deletion.
Check the displayed self-service restoration deadline.
Select Restore my account.
Wait for Navexa to confirm that the account has been restored.
Your existing portfolios, holdings, trades and other account data will become accessible again.
If Navexa confirms the restoration but the page doesn’t update, reload the page and sign in again. Contact Navexa Support if you receive a restoration error.
After 30 Days
Self-service restoration is no longer available once the displayed 30-day deadline has passed.
If fewer than 90 days have passed since the original deletion request, contact Navexa Support immediately. Recovery may still be possible in limited circumstances, but it is not guaranteed.
You should not delay restoring your account during the first 30 days or rely on Navexa being able to recover it afterwards. The only guaranteed restoration option is to restore the account yourself within the displayed 30-day period.
After 90 Days
Once 90 days have passed since the original deletion request, the account and its data are permanently deleted.
Recovery is no longer possible; not by you, Navexa Support, Navexa’s developers or anyone else at Navexa.
Subscriptions And Refunds
Deleting your account stops your Navexa subscription from renewing. It does not automatically issue a refund.
Restoring your account does not automatically restart subscription renewal. You may need to select a plan again if you want to continue using paid features.
If you believe you’re eligible for a refund under Navexa’s money-back guarantee, contact Navexa Support.
