Deleting Your Account

Delete your Navexa account, profile and personal data. Learn what happens to your portfolios, subscription and data before closing your account.

This article explains how to permanently delete your Navexa account and what to check before removing your data.

Before You Delete Your Account

Deleting your Navexa account permanently removes your login, portfolios, holdings, trades, income records, reports and account data.

⚠️ This action cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, Navexa cannot recover the data.

Before deleting your account, make sure you have downloaded or saved anything you may need later, such as:

  • Portfolio records

  • Trade history

  • Income records

  • Tax reports

  • Portfolio valuation reports

  • Invoices or billing records

If you only want to stop your subscription, you do not need to delete your account. You can cancel your plan from Billing & Subscription instead.

How To Delete Your Account

You can delete your account from the Security section in Settings.

  1. From the Portfolio page, open Settings in either of these ways:

    • Select Settings from the left-hand side menu; or

    • Select your avatar in the top right, then select Settings.

  2. In Settings, select Security from the settings menu.

  3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section.

  4. Read the warning carefully.

  5. Select Delete entire account.

  6. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be removed immediately.

Delete One Portfolio Instead

If you only want to delete one portfolio, do not delete your entire account.

To delete a single portfolio, go to Manage Portfolios and delete the specific portfolio from there. This removes that portfolio and its data, but keeps your Navexa account active. See Deleting a Portfolio.

What Happens To Your Subscription

Deleting your account also cancels your Navexa subscription.

This means your subscription will stop renewing from that point forward. Deleting your account does not automatically trigger a refund.

If you only want to cancel your subscription and keep your account data, go to Billing & Subscription instead.

Refunds After Deleting

Deleting your account does not automatically create a refund.

If you are within Navexa’s six-month money-back guarantee period, you may still be eligible for a refund under that policy.
