Find your account, plan, and billing in the app, change what you can on your phone, and handle payments on the web.
Where Your Account Settings Live
Open the navigation menu and tap Settings. The top shows your name, email, and profile picture. Under Account:
Profile — name, username, display preferences
Security — email, password, two-factor authentication, biometrics
Notifications
Connected Accounts
Billing & Subscription
The app version is at the bottom of Settings (e.g. Navexa v1.2.3 (45)) — handy for support.
Edit Your Profile
From Settings, tap Profile.
Update your Username, First name, or Last name — changes save automatically when you move to the next field.
Your Email is shown here but is edited under Security.
Under Preferences set your Theme (Light, Dark, System) and Date format (DD/MM/YYYY (AU), MM/DD/YYYY (US), Device Default).
Tip: Theme is stored on your device only, so it won't affect Navexa in your web browser.
View Your Plan
From Settings, tap Billing & Subscription. The Current Plan card shows your Plan, Status (Trial, Active, or Inactive), and Renews date (or Ended if lapsed). Below, compare Basic, Standard, and Premium plans, switch Monthly/Annual pricing, and read the Frequently Asked Questions.
How Billing Works
Navexa handles all payments through its secure web billing provider — not the App Store or Google Play, on iPhone or Android. When you choose a plan or tap Manage Subscription, the app opens the Navexa website in your browser (already signed in) where you can:
Enter or update payment details and complete checkout
Change or cancel your plan
Update payment method and billing information
There's nothing to manage in App Store / Google Play subscriptions and no "Restore Purchases" step — your plan follows your Navexa account.
Tip: After paying or changing your plan on the web, switch back to the app — your plan and status update automatically once your account refreshes.
Change or Cancel Your Plan
On the Subscription screen, choose a plan and tap Get Started (or Subscribe if your trial has expired, or Re-subscribe if a paid plan has lapsed), or tap Manage Subscription.
Finish in the browser window that opens.
To cancel, downgrade to the free plan on the web Choose Plan page — your paid plan continues to the end of the current billing cycle.
If Your Subscription Has Expired
A full-screen Your subscription has expired notice appears when you open the app, letting you know that "Your portfolios and data are safe. Choose a plan to pick up right where you left off." Tap Choose Plan to open the in-app Plans screen (which hands off to the web to complete payment), or use Contact support or Log out.
Log Out
Open the navigation menu and tap Log out at the bottom. You're also signed out automatically after changing your email under Security — just sign back in with your new details.
