Overview

If you’ve noticed a duplicate charge or want to switch how you pay for your Navexa subscription, follow these steps to check and resolve the issue.

1. Check for Duplicate Payments

If you see two charges, confirm whether one came from the Apple App Store and the other from Navexa’s website.

  • Search your email or bank statements for an Apple invoice.

  • If you find one, you likely have two active subscriptions (one through Apple and one direct).

2. Cancel the Duplicate Subscription

To avoid being billed twice, cancel one of the subscriptions — usually the Apple one if you want to continue paying Navexa directly.

To cancel via Apple:

  1. Open your Settings app.

  2. Tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions.

  3. Find Navexa and tap Unsubscribe.

  4. Confirm the cancellation.

Once cancelled, your Navexa website subscription will remain active as your primary payment method.

3. Refunds for Double Charges

If you were charged twice, refunds can be arranged.

  • Keep both invoices (from Apple and Navexa) as proof.

  • Contact Navexa Support with these documents, and we’ll help confirm and process any eligible refund.
