Start a Support Conversation
Open the navigation menu at the bottom.
Under TOOLS, tap Support.
A live chat opens so you can message the team directly. A badge on Support flags an unread reply.
The conversation stays in the app, so you can pick it back up anytime — and you can attach a screenshot right in the chat.

Which portfolio the issue affects
Your app version — bottom of the Settings screen (e.g. Navexa v1.2.3 (45))

Take and Attach a Screenshot
iPhone / iPad: press the Side button (or Top button on older devices) and Volume Up together — it saves to Photos.
Android: press Power and Volume Down together — it saves to Photos / Gallery.
Then attach the image in your support chat just like a photo in any messaging app.
