Start a Support Conversation

  1. Open the navigation menu at the bottom.

  2. Under TOOLS, tap Support.

  3. A live chat opens so you can message the team directly. A badge on Support flags an unread reply.

The conversation stays in the app, so you can pick it back up anytime — and you can attach a screenshot right in the chat.

What Helps Support Most

The more detail you give, the faster we can help:

  • What you were doing and what went wrong

  • Which portfolio the issue affects

  • Your app version — bottom of the Settings screen (e.g. Navexa v1.2.3 (45))

  • Your device (e.g. iPhone 15, Pixel 8) and OS version

  • A screenshot of the problem

Take and Attach a Screenshot

  • iPhone / iPad: press the Side button (or Top button on older devices) and Volume Up together — it saves to Photos.

  • Android: press Power and Volume Down together — it saves to Photos / Gallery.

Then attach the image in your support chat just like a photo in any messaging app.
