For Accountants: Open Your Client’s Shared Portfolio

Accept your client’s Navexa invitation, sign in and find their shared portfolio, including when the Portfolios section looks empty.

Your client’s invitation gives you access to their shared portfolio through your own Navexa login.

Accept the Invitation

  1. Open the invitation from Navexa, sent from [email protected] to the email address your client used.

  2. Select Accept Invitation. If the button does not open, copy the alternative invitation link into your browser.

  3. If this is your first login, follow the screen to set your password. It may use password-reset wording. After Password Changed!, select Continue.

  4. Sign in with the invited email address and your password.

  5. If Welcome to Navexa Pro appears, enter Your name and Company name, then select Continue to reach Clients.

Existing users may not see every setup screen. If the invitation has expired, ask your client to send a new one.

Find the Shared Portfolio

  1. Open Clients from the left menu and select your client.

  2. Under Shared Portfolios, select the portfolio they shared.

The client page has separate Portfolios and Shared Portfolios sections. An empty Portfolios section does not mean the shared portfolio is missing.

Open the portfolio under Shared Portfolios, even if the separate Portfolios section is empty.

You can also open the top-left portfolio selector beside the Navexa logo and look under SHARED WITH ME. Alternatively, select Manage Portfolios → Shared with me.

The top-left selector provides another route to shared portfolios. Demo is separate from your client’s records.

If the Portfolio Is Missing

Check that you signed in with the invited email address and looked under Shared Portfolios or Shared with me. If it still does not appear, ask the client to check that this portfolio is shared with that address.

Each portfolio is shared separately. You do not need to select Add Client or create a portfolio to open one already shared with you. Add Client is a separate Navexa Pro workflow for another client: Add a Client in Navexa Pro.
