The filter system in Navexa helps you analyse your portfolio by focusing on just the holdings or sectors you want to see. You can include or exclude criteria, apply multiple filters, and carry them across different pages.
How to Open Filters
At the top of nearly every page, click Filter.
A menu will appear with options such as:
• Holding
• Exchange
• Sector
• Industry
• Currency
• Custom groups
How to Apply a Filter
Select a filter type — for example, Sector.
Choose one or more sectors from the list.
Click Apply filters.
The page will reload, showing only the selected data.
Active filters appear in the filter bar at the top of the page.
To remove one, click the x next to it.
Include or Exclude
Each filter gives you two choices:
• is — include the selected item (e.g. Holding is CBA).
• is not — exclude the selected item (e.g. Holding is not CBA).
This lets you focus in on what you want — or hide what you don’t.
Example: If you want to see your portfolio returns without A200:ASX, set a filter where Holding is not A200:ASX. The system will exclude A200 from all performance calculations on the page.
Using Multiple Filters
You can apply more than one filter at the same time. For example:
• Sector is Financials
• Sector is not Health Care
Navexa combines the rules so your view matches exactly what you set.
Sticky Filters
Filters stay active as you move around Navexa. For example, if you filter by sector on the Portfolio page, the same filter will also apply on the Diversification page until you remove it.
✅ Remember: Filters don’t change your data — they only change what you see. Clear them at any time to return to your full portfolio view.
