Review and Approve Changes From Roi

Understand Roi’s confirmation cards, check proposed record changes, and learn which actions still require approval when automatic execution is enabled.

Roi can add, edit or delete supported Navexa records within the access you allow. The Confirm every write setting requires you to approve a proposed change before it runs.

Check a Proposed Change

  1. Tell Roi what you want to record or change, using the details from your records.

  2. Review the confirmation card. Check the portfolio, holding, action and every relevant date, quantity, amount, currency and fee. For a deletion, check exactly which records will be removed.

  3. Select Confirm to apply that proposed change, or Reject to cancel it.

  4. Read the result and check the affected records in Navexa to make sure the change was saved as intended.

If the details need correcting, reject the proposal and tell Roi what to change. If a confirmation has expired, ask Roi to prepare a fresh proposal.

Understand Your Approval Setting

In Settings → AI Features, Action approval controls when Roi asks:

  • Confirm every write: supported changes wait for confirmation.

  • Auto-execute non-delete writes: permitted additions and edits can run without a confirmation card. Deletions and import actions still require confirmation.

The separate What the agent may change setting limits which actions are allowed. For the options and portfolio-specific settings, see Manage Roi Settings and Turn Off AI Features.

Review Imports and Scenarios Carefully

For a broker-file import, review the staged trades before confirming the import. Import edits and the final import require confirmation, even with automatic execution enabled. Do not assume there is a one-click undo for a completed import.

On eligible plans, Roi can work with hypothetical scenarios. These model recorded data rather than place orders or recommend a trade. See What Are Scenarios in Navexa?.

Australian tax reporting and tax scenarios require a subscription billed in AUD and an AUD base currency for the relevant portfolio, as well as the applicable plan access.
