If you don’t want Roi to access your portfolio or make changes for you, you can turn off AI Features in your Navexa settings. You can turn them back on at any time.
What Happens When You Turn AI Features Off?
Turning off AI Features disconnects Roi from your Navexa data:
Roi cannot open your portfolios, holdings, reports or settings.
Roi cannot add, edit or delete your records.
Roi remains available for general questions about how Navexa works, using Help Centre documentation.
Turning AI Features off does not delete your earlier conversations. Your saved guidance and skills are kept.
If you continue chatting with Roi, the messages you send are still processed by AI. Turning off portfolio access does not remove information already included in an earlier conversation. See How Roi Uses Your Data for more detail.
Turn AI Features Off
Open Settings → AI Features in the Navexa web platform.
In Danger Zone, select Turn off AI Features.
Read the confirmation, type
disable, then select Disable AI Features.
Turn AI Features Back On
If you change your mind, you can reconnect Roi to your data:
Return to Settings → AI Features.
Select Enable AI Features.
Roi can then access your Navexa data again, within your account permissions and the access settings you have chosen.
Prefer to Keep Roi but Limit What It Can Do?
If you want Roi to answer portfolio questions without changing your records, choose Read only instead of turning off AI Features.
In Settings → AI Features, select My account or One portfolio under Assistant behaviour. Any portfolio setting you leave unset follows your account settings.
Under What the agent may change, choose:
Read only: Roi can read available data and answer questions, but cannot change records.
Add and edit, never delete: Roi can add and edit supported records, but cannot delete them.
Full access: Roi can add, edit and delete supported records, subject to your permissions and approval settings.
To review changes before they run, set Action approval to Confirm every write. With Auto-execute non-delete writes, permitted additions and edits can run without individual confirmation. Deletions and import actions still require confirmation.
