How Roi Uses Your Data

Learn what Roi sends to AI models, the zero-store, zero-route and zero-train rules they must meet, and where your chat history is stored.

At Navexa, protecting your data and respecting your privacy are important to us. Your portfolio information is personal, so we want you to understand how Roi uses it and what you can control.

Alongside Navexa’s existing security measures, Roi has settings that let you control its access to your portfolio data and the changes it can make.

We only use AI models that zero-store, zero-route and zero-train on your data.

Our AI Model Policy

Every AI model Roi uses must meet all three rules:

  • Zero-store: the AI provider does not keep your questions or your data after it answers.

  • Zero-route: your request goes only to providers that meet this policy. It is never passed on to others.

  • Zero-train: the AI provider never uses your questions or your data to train its models.

If a provider cannot meet all three rules, Roi does not use it.

What Roi Sends to the AI Model

Roi sends the AI model only what it needs to answer your question: your message, the earlier messages in the chat, and the Navexa data Roi looked up for that answer.

To control Roi’s portfolio access or turn it off, see Manage Roi Settings and Turn Off AI Features.

Your Chat History

Navexa keeps your chats in your account so you can return to them later. These saved chats are stored in Australia.
