Overview

The All Trades report shows every buy, sell, and reinvestment across your portfolio.

It’s ideal for reviewing trade history, brokerage costs, and total value — even in large portfolios.

How to Access

Access it from the top menu:

Performance > All Trades

Adjust the Date Range

Use the date range dropdown at the top left to focus on a specific period:

  • Today, last 7 days, 30 days, or month

  • Current or previous calendar year

  • Financial year

  • Custom date range

This makes it easy to check trading activity for a given reporting period.

Filter by Category

Click Filter to refine your view. You can filter by:
• Holding
• Exchange
• Sector
• Industry
• Currency
• Broker / Source

Combine filters with a date range for highly specific insights — for example, “ASX holdings from last financial year”.

Group and Sort

The Group by menu (top right) lets you organise trades by:
• Holding
• Exchange
• Sector
• Industry
• Currency
• Broker / Source
• Portfolio
• Or your own Custom Groups

  • To display all trades purely by date order, set grouping to None and then sort by Date.

  • When grouped (for example, by Industry), you’ll see trades nested under each category.

  • Navexa currently shows a grand total for Quantity, Value, and Brokerage at the bottom, but not subtotals per group.

Tip: You can manually calculate the total trade value excluding brokerage by subtracting the brokerage column total.

Export Your Data

Click Export > XLSX to download your full trade list in Excel format.

From there, you can apply your own calculations, filters, or pivot tables for deeper analysis.

What You’ll See

Each trade row includes:

  • Holding name and code

  • Trade type (Buy, Sell, Dividend Reinvestment, etc.)

  • Date and Quantity

  • Price, Exchange Rate, and Brokerage

  • Total Value

Even for large portfolios, the All Trades report remains fast and detailed — helping you keep every transaction clear and compliant.
