How to Delete a Holding or Trade

Step-by-step guide for deleting holdings or trades in your Navexa portfolio.

Deleting a Holding

  1. Choose your portfolio from the top left menu.

  2. Click the Portfolio tab at the top.

  3. Scroll down to Holdings.

  4. Click the name of the holding you want to delete to open its Holding Overview.

  5. In the top right corner, click the Actions button.

  6. Select Delete Holding.

  7. A confirmation box will appear, explaining that deleting this holding will remove it permanently.

  8. Click Yes, Delete! to confirm.


Deleting a Trade

  1. From the holding page, go to the Trades tab.

  2. Review the list of trades. A holding may have one or many trades, covering all trade types (Buy, Sell, Split, Bonus, Consolidation, Cancellation, Return of Capital, Cost Base Increase, Cost Base Decrease).

  3. Select the trade(s) you want to delete:

    • Tick the box next to a single trade, or

    • Tick multiple boxes to select more than one.

  4. Once selected, go to the top right and click Delete Selected.

  5. A confirmation box will appear, explaining that deleting these trades will remove them permanently.

  6. Click Yes, Delete! to confirm.


Note: Deletions cannot be undone, so make sure you have reviewed the trades or holdings carefully before confirming.
