Handling Discrepancies
With Raiz (and some other brokers such as Betashares Direct), fractional trading can create small mismatches. For example, you might see a warning about a negative balance on certain holdings.
• Hover over the warning symbol to see details.
• Click Please fix this for each holding.
• If the numbers don’t reconcile, you may need to:
– Adjust the quantity slightly to match the trade record.
– Manually edit or delete an incorrect transaction.
– Re-import the file after correcting the source CSV.This only happens occasionally when fractional units don’t align perfectly. Once corrected, your portfolio will display the correct balances.
