Learn how to import your RAIZ trade history into Navexa, plus how to handle common discrepancies such as fractional trades.

Get the CSV File from RAIZ

  1. Log in to your Raiz account.

  2. Select My Settings.

  3. Select Statements.

  4. Choose Send CSV of all trades to date.

  5. Raiz will email the file (this may take a few minutes).

  6. Download the CSV file from your inbox to your computer.

Import Spreadsheet with RAIZ Trades to Navexa

  1. From the portfolio screen, click +Add Holdings (top right).

  2. Choose Import from Spreadsheet.

  3. Select Stocks.

  4. Drag your Raiz file into the uploader, or click Browse Files to locate it.

  5. Click Next.

  6. When prompted, select Yes (the first row contains headers).

Match the Columns

Follow the on-screen mapping prompts:

  • Trade Date → Trade Date → Confirm mapping

  • Market Code → Exchange → Confirm mapping

  • Transaction Type → Trade Type → Confirm mapping

  • Instrument Code → Symbol → Confirm mapping

  • Comments → Ignore this column

  • Quantity → Confirm mapping (after fixing “Amount” below)

  • Price → Price → Confirm mapping

  • Amount → Ignore this column

  • Go back to Quantity and confirm mapping once only

You should see all fields aligned. Click Next.

Verify and Save

  1. On the review screen, check for errors.

  2. If errors appear, toggle Only show rows with errors.

  3. Fix them in your source file, or select and delete the rows to re-enter manually later.

  4. Click Save to complete the import.

Navexa will add your Holdings, Trades and Income. Click Continue.

  • Handling Discrepancies

    With Raiz (and some other brokers such as Betashares Direct), fractional trading can create small mismatches. For example, you might see a warning about a negative balance on certain holdings.

    • Hover over the warning symbol to see details.
    • Click Please fix this for each holding.
    • If the numbers don’t reconcile, you may need to:
    – Adjust the quantity slightly to match the trade record.
    – Manually edit or delete an incorrect transaction.
    – Re-import the file after correcting the source CSV.

    This only happens occasionally when fractional units don’t align perfectly. Once corrected, your portfolio will display the correct balances.
