Navexa’s Six-Month Money-Back Guarantee: How to Request a Refund

Understand Navexa’s six-month money-back guarantee, upgrading during your free trial, refund eligibility, how to request your money back and how long refunds take.

If Navexa isn’t right for you, you can cancel and request a full refund of your subscription fees within six months of your first subscription payment. You don’t need to give a reason.

The standard guarantee applies to your first subscription and can be claimed once. The Long-term Investor add-on has a separate guarantee, explained below.

Can I Upgrade During My Free Trial and Still Get a Refund?

Yes. If you subscribe during your 14-day free trial, your six-month money-back guarantee starts from your first subscription payment.

You can use the features included in your chosen plan and decide whether Navexa is right for you. If you change your mind within those six months, cancel and request a full refund of the subscription fees you’ve paid. No reason is required.

If a report is blurred during your trial, check that the plan you choose includes that report before paying. Contact Support if you’re unsure which plan includes the report you want.

If you don’t subscribe, you won’t be charged when your free trial ends.

What Does the Six-Month Guarantee Cover?

The standard money-back guarantee:

  • Covers all subscription fees paid within six months of your first subscription payment, whether you pay monthly or annually.

  • Applies to your first subscription only and can be claimed once.

  • Doesn’t restart when your subscription renews or if you cancel and subscribe again, including with another account or email address.

You don’t need to show that something went wrong or explain why you changed your mind.

How Do I Request a Refund?

  1. Email [email protected] from the email address on your Navexa account.

  2. Tell us you’d like to cancel your subscription and request a refund under the money-back guarantee.

If you’ve already cancelled, you can still email us to request your refund within the guarantee period. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically issue a refund.

For instructions on stopping renewal yourself, see Managing Your Billing & Subscription in Navexa.

How Long Does a Refund Take?

For refunds under the standard six-month guarantee, we aim to acknowledge your request within two business days and process approved refunds within ten business days.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the money on your statement.

If you’re waiting for an update, reply to your existing refund email so Support can follow up.

What If I Bought the Long-term Investor Add-on?

The Long-term Investor add-on has a separate 12-month refund guarantee with its own conditions. The standard six-month period does not apply to that add-on.

See Navexa Long-term Investor Offer – Terms & Conditions for its refund period and conditions. Email [email protected] if you’re unsure which purchase your request relates to.

What If More Than Six Months Have Passed?

Outside the standard six-month guarantee, cancelling your subscription does not normally produce a refund or credit for the unused paid period. You keep access until that period ends, and your subscription won’t renew.

If you were charged unexpectedly, believe you were charged after cancelling, or think a payment is incorrect, email [email protected] so Support can investigate. These situations need to be checked separately from a change-of-mind refund.

Navexa’s money-back guarantee is an additional promise. It does not replace or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law, and those rights are not limited to six months.

Read the Navexa Refund Policy for the full standard policy.
