You can rename a scenario, add a note, refresh its estimates or permanently delete it. These actions manage the planning workspace only; they do not place trades or change your real portfolio.
Rename a scenario
Open the scenario.
Select its current name at the top of the page.
Enter a name that describes the alternative you are modelling.
The new name is saved to the scenario and appears in the Scenarios list and comparison.
Add or update a note
Select Add a note to record assumptions, the purpose of the scenario or a reminder for later. Notes also appear when comparing scenarios, which can make similar alternatives easier to distinguish.
Refresh the estimates
A scenario shows when it was last calculated. Open it and select Refresh after you change its As of date or when the underlying portfolio data or prices have changed.
Refreshing recalculates the hypothetical results using the scenario inputs and the portfolio data available to Navexa. Review the results again after refreshing.
Delete a scenario
Return to the Scenarios list.
Select the delete control beside the scenario.
Check the scenario name in the confirmation window.
Select Delete scenario.
Deleting a scenario permanently removes the scenario, its hypothetical trade rows and its associated parcel allocations. This cannot be undone.
Deleting a scenario does not remove holdings or transactions from your portfolio, place or cancel broker orders, or update a Navexa Cash Account.
If you are not ready to delete it
Select Cancel or close the confirmation window. You can leave the scenario saved and return to it later.
